At the evening meeting of Attleborough Town Council, held on Monday, 14 May 2018, councillors unanimously elected Cllr Vera Dale as the new Town Mayor. Cllr Roger Bond was then voted in as the Deputy Town Mayor and both are welcomed to their new roles. Cllr Dale thanked Cllr Jeremy Burton, the outgoing Mayor, for his service during his term of office and this was echoed by those present. Cllr Dale has previously served as Town Mayor and was delighted to accept this position again.
